Why “Silverchopstix” ? It is a coined word for American and Asian culture. “Silver” referring to flatware use to serve and prepare food in the West, while “chopstix” being the the traditional cutlery in Far East Asia.
Having Asian roots but currently living in the Northeast. I wanted to celebrate and highlight the food and traditions of both cultures.
